Brett Adram Brister

Brett “Pete” Brister, 69, of DeRidder, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015 at his home.  Visitation will be Tuesday, September 29, from 5-9pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Wednesday, September 30, at 11am at the funeral home.  Interment will be at Providence Cemetery.  Rev. Ross Whitaker will officiate. Pete is survived by his son, Dennis Brister & Ruby of DeRidder; two grandchildren, Samantha and LLoyd; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Geneva; parents, Huey & Lizzie Brister; sister, Shirley; and three brothers, Morris, Erthas, and Athus. Condolences can be made at chaddickfuneralhome.com.
