Carole is survived by her two sons, Richard Billings of DeRidder and John Billings of Medford, OR; one grandson, Jacob Billings of Medford, OR; one sister, Toni Champagne & William of DeRidder; and one niece, Lisa Parks & Alex of Washington D.C.
