Elizabeth Ann “Liz” Stuckey was born on December 12, 1941 to the union of William E. Jones, Sr. and Ona Blanche White Jones in Oxford, MS.  She left to join the Lord on December 19, 2023 in Rosepine, LA surrounded by family.  Liz was 82 years old.  Mrs. Stuckey is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 61 years, Perry Stuckey, Jr.; son-in-law, Larry Lunsford; and brothers, Billy Jones, Mike Jones, and Joe Jones. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Robin Stracener & Bryan of Cole Central, LA, Peggy Lunsford of Olive Branch, MS and Sally Dryden & David of Mittie, LA; sons, Timothy Stuckey, Sr. & Elaine Poussan of Pitkin, LA and Kenneth Stuckey & Vickie Mayo of Mittie, LA; thirteen grandchildren, Steven McMillan, Jason McMillan, Joshua Allen & Samantha, Amanda Holloway & Jimmy, Mark Stuckey & Nicole Lege, Travis Howard & Lauren Monroe, Heather Davis & Shane Johnson, Nicholas Davis, Donna Smith & Charles, Elizabeth Stracener, Mathieu Stuckey, Duncan Miller & Jenny, and Carrie Dawson; twenty-two great-grandchildren, Megan Blahuta, Bailey Charles & Tre, Kourtney Bethke, Brooke McMillan, Jordyn McMillan, Kennedy McMillan, Kayden Smith, Ryleigh Smith, Elye Smith, Jody Smith, Lexa Howard, Karson Smith, Sheryl Howard, Harlynn Smith, Emma McMillan, Shelby Howard, Olivia McMillan, Kairi Johnson, Craig Miller, Caleb Miller, Seth Miller, and Jane Miller; great-great-grandson, Jayce Charles; sisters-in-law, Jonnie Jones, Theresa Jones, Karen Jones, Janet Bledsoe, Beckey Divin & Donnie, Lisa Pogue & Jimmy, and Linda Raymond & Ray; and a host of nieces, nephews, lifelong friends, and “adopted” kids. Liz loved her family.  She loved her husband.  But she really loved her Lord.  She made us laugh at so many things.  Everyone that met her, loved her.  Her favorite saying, when asked how she was doing, was “I’m fine as wine and frisky as whiskey.” A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Rosepine Retirement and Rehabilitation Center for treating our Mom with love and respect for the past six years. Visitation will be Friday, December 22 from 10-11am at Lone Star Baptist Church.  Memorial service will be Friday, December 22 at 11am at Lone Star Baptist Church.  Rev. Frank Ott, Sr. will officiate. Condolences can be made at chaddickfuneralhome.com
