Georgia Voneer Pottmeyer

Georgia Voneer Pottmeyer, 78, of Pitkin, LA passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022.  Visitation will be Monday, December 26 from 5-8pm at Gravel Hill Baptist Church and Tuesday, December 27 from 9am until time of service.  Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 27 at 1pm at Gravel Hill Baptist Church.  Interment will be at Gravel Hill Cemetery.  Rev. Chad Estes and Rev. Arlen Smith will officiate. Georgia is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Marshall of Pitkin, LA; three sons, Chad Pottmeyer & Raquel of Pitkin, LA, Tony Pottmeyer & Sherry of Lake Charles, LA and Richard Carman & Lanita of Little Rock, AR; eight grandchildren, Chris Marshall & Torie of Pitkin, LA, Candace McCollough of Pitkin, LA, Courtney Olivier & Patrick of Pitkin, LA, Colten Nolen of Pitkin, LA, Emily Pottmeyer of Lake Charles, LA, Jenna Pottmeyer of Lake Charles, LA, Rebecca Loftin of Glenmora, LA and Dedra Dorris & John of Little Rock, AR; thirteen great-grandchildren; and one sister, Pauline Johnson of Pitkin, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bernice & Jackie Maricle; husband of 49 years, Bill Pottmeyer; great-grandson, Christopher Ripp Marshall; and two brothers, Bernice Maricle, Jr. and Danny Maricle.
