Herman Lee Perkins, Sr.

Herman Lee Perkins, Sr., 77, of Leesville, LA passed away Friday, May 6, 2022.  Visitation will be Monday, May 9 from 5-8pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Tuesday, May 10 at 10am at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Drakes Fork Cemetery.  Rev. Arlen Smith, Rev. Johnny Elliott, and Rev. Tommy Hall will officiate. Herman is survived by his three sons, Herman Perkins, Jr. & Bess of Marlow, LA, David Perkins & Shelia of Cravens, LA and Kenny Perkins & Rosemary of Leesville, LA; one daughter, Crystal Rawls of Baton Rouge, LA; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Erma Jean Bass of Rosepine, LA, Irene Brooks of Many, LA and Rachel Coram & Martin of DeRidder, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mitch & Oni Perkins; and two sisters, Willie Mae Barrington and Lorene Perkins. Condolences can be made at chaddickfuneralhome.com
