James Paul “Sam” McDonald, 76, of Sugartown, passed away Friday, July 11, 2014 at his home. Visitation will be Sunday, July 13, from 1-3pm at Sugartown Baptist Church. A graveside service will follow at Sugartown Cemetery. Rev. Alfred Kennedy will officiate. Sam is survived by his daughter, Jamie Rosa McDonald of Fountain Inn, SC; son, James Paul McDonald, Jr. & Sara of Iowa, LA; five grandchildren, Aiden, Angelina, Joshua, Calvin, and Sean; and sister, Ruth Thompson & Clemon of Sugartown.
