Jerry King Dubose

Jerry King DuBose, 80, of DeRidder, LA, passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021 in Lake Charles, LA.  Visitation will be Thursday, July 15 from 5-8pm and Friday, July 16 from 10am until time of service at First Baptist Church DeRidder.  Funeral service will be Friday, July 16 at 1pm at First Baptist Church DeRidder.  Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Jasper, TX.  Rev. George Lee Glass and Rev. Steve Thomas will officiate. Jerry is survived by his wife, Cecilia DuBose of DeRidder, LA; four daughters, Tammy Brown & Tommy of DeRidder, LA, Dee Ann Culpepper & Dan of Beaumont, TX, Kristy Malcolm & Greg Leavell of The Colony, TX, and Jerri Kay Peters & Todd of Matthews, NC; six grandchildren, Taylor Queen & Tyson of Lake Charles, LA, Conner Harlow of Broussard, LA, Dylan Culpepper of Beaumont, TX, Hunter Malcolm of The Colony, TX, Kaylin Peters of Fayetteville, AR, and Lukas Peters of San Diego, CA; one sister, Mary Lynn Hughes of Kirbyville, TX; and one brother, Joe DuBose & Jan of Conroe, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe Ben & Vonnie Rae DuBose; brother, Billy DuBose; and his granddaughter, Danielle Culpepper.
