Jerry Rufus Guidry, Sr., 56, of DeRidder, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in DeRidder.  Visitation will be Sunday, February 26, from 4pm until time of service at Grace Church.  Funeral service will be Sunday, February 26, at 4:30 at Grace Church.  Rev. James Glass and Rev. George Lee Glass will officiate. Jerry is survived by his wife, Gayla Guidry of DeRidder; three daughters, Summer Guidry & Kevin Smith of Sunset, LA, Amie Theriot & Henry of Moss Bluff, and Rhonda Guidry of DeRidder; two sons, Jerry Guidry, Jr. & Johnnie Jo of Iowa, LA, and Joshua Guidry of Sulphur; twelve grandchildren, Hailie Theriot, Hank-Austin Theriot, Josh Guidry, Jayce Guidry, Nicky Guidry, Destiny Guidry, Lindsey Guidry, Darrion Guidry, Brailynn Fall, Isabella Gerard, Blake Smith, and Bethany Smith; god-child, Vernon; five sisters, Beverly Lejuene, Susan Mier, Nettie Guidry, Angie Warner, and Belinda Cormier; and three brothers, Chris, Mike, and Kevin Guidry. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie & Una Mae Guidry.
