Kayla Evon Brister, 50, of DeRidder, LA passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024.  Visitation will be Thursday, January 18 from 5-8pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Friday, January 19 at 1pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Whitaker Cemetery.  Rev. Ross Whitaker will officiate. Kayla is survived by her husband, Eric Brister of DeRidder, LA; three daughters, Audrie Martin of DeRidder, LA, Hope Martin of DeRidder, LA and Lacey Brister of Leesville, LA; two sons, Trey McMillan of DeRidder, LA and Bradley Brister of DeRidder, LA; eight grandchildren; father, Leaman Rodriguez of Leesville, LA; step-father, Joe Robinson of Leesville, LA; three sisters, Courtney Cook & Jonathan of Vidor, TX, Angela Lopez & Karey Broussard of Deweyville, LA and Margie Williams of Deweyville, LA; and one nephew, Easton Cook of Vidor, TX.
