Lavell King Martin

Lavell King Martin, 52, of DeRidder, passed away Friday, May 27, 2016 in Lake Charles.  Visitation will be Monday, May 30, from 11am-2pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  A graveside service will follow at 3pm on Monday at Whitaker Cemetery.  Rev. Randolph Roark will officiate. Lavell is survived by her two daughters, Tiffany Purvis & Daniel of Portland, OR, and Shasta Roark & Timothy of DeRidder; two granddaughters, Kyla Lovell Purvis and McKinley Danielle Purvis; six siblings, Joann Guillory, James Simmons, Brenda Kaye Miranda, Rita Faye Aden, Rodney Simmons, and Kenny King; mother, Faye Allen of Oakdale; and father, Freddie Perkins.
