Leola Carhee

Leola Carhee, 88, of DeRidder, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at her home.  Visitation will be Saturday, February 27, from 11am until time of service at Grace Church.  Funeral service will be Saturday, February 27, at 1pm at Grace Church.  Interment will be at Community Cemetery.  Rev. George Lee Glass will officiate. Leola is survived by five daughters, Anisa Naurita McMahon & Ralph of Baton Rouge, Judy Carolyn Franklin of Birmingham, AL, Parthenia Ida Opuku Duku & Kwame of Dudley, MA, Artemese Coralotta Carhee of DeRidder, and Tracy Leola Lynett Williams & LaRone of DeRidder; four sons, Russell LaRue Chew & Tina of DeRidder, John Ezekiel Peters & Liz of DeRidder, Gibson Michael Peters & Patrice of Woodbridge, VA, and George Franklin Fitzgerald Carhee of DeRidder; brother, John Claiborne & Katherine of Opelousas, forty-three grandchildren; sixty-three great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
