Margaret May Cooper

Margaret May Cooper, 71, of Cottonwood, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2017 in Leesville.  Visitation will be Thursday, July 20 from 5-8pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Friday, July 21 at 11am at Grace Church in DeRidder.  Interment will be at Miller Cemetery.  Rev. Ross Whitaker and Rev. George Lee Glass will officiate. Margaret is survived by her husband, Harold Cooper of Cottonwood, LA; one daughter, Amanda Walker & Jimmie “Steve” of Cottonwood, LA; one son, Lloyd Alderton & Sang Hui of Las Vegas, NV; five grandchildren, Travis Walker, Trinity Walker, Kyle Alderton, Alisha Alderton, and Corey Alderton; one brother, Michael Beall & Pat of Ft. Madison, IA; two nephews, Aaron Beall and Michael Beall, Jr. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Kay Elam of Mattoon, IL. Condolences can be made at chaddickfuneralhome.com
