Margie Lea White

Margie Lea White, 83, of Rosepine, LA passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022.  Visitation will be Wednesday, June 15 from 5-9pm at Rosepine United Pentecostal Church.  Funeral service will be Thursday, June 16 at 10am at Rosepine United Pentecostal Church.  Interment will be at Gravel Hill Cemetery.  Rev. Gary Bankson and Rev. Arlen Smith will officiate. Margie is survived by her two daughters, Jamie Gist Lewis & Brian of Hattiesburg, MS and Sue Gist Barnes & Kenneth of Roland, OK; two grandchildren, Kendra Duty & Jared of Muldrow, OK and Amanda Spencer & Tyler of Muldrow, OK; two great-grandchildren, Kalea Duty and Jalea Duty; three sisters, Brenda White of DeRidder, LA, Bonnie Droddy of Elizabeth, LA and Shirley Moore & Kenneth of Cravens, LA; two brothers, Roger Dale White & Diane of Cravens, LA and Jack White & Betty of DeRidder, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Louie White & Bertie Sapp; and two brothers, Sonny White and Donnie Cloud. Margie loved everybody, she was everyone’s friend; her calling was serving and giving to people, she always extended herself over and beyond to help others at all times.
