Michael Dale Chaddick

Michael Dale Chaddick, 54, of Sulphur, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016 in Lake Charles.  Visitation will be Tuesday, March 29, from 5-9pm at Bellview Baptist Church in Westlake.  Funeral service will be Wednesday, March 30, at 1pm at Bellview Church.  Interment will be at Mimosa Pines North Cemetery in Sulphur.  Rev. John Ward will officiate. Mike is survived by his wife, Debi Wilkinson Chaddick of Sulphur; two sons, Callen Michael Chaddick of Sulphur, and Patrick Gorsulowsky of Sulphur; one daughter, Sara Lynette Gorsulowsky of Sulphur; two grandsons, Dylan and Ty Gorsulowsky; one granddaughter, Laiken Demary; parents, Ed & Betty Chaddick of Sulphur; four sisters, Janet Cline & Tim of Phoenix, AZ, Jeanne Chaddick of Lake Charles, Debbie Bowers & Ronnie of Sulphur, and Diane Buck & Jerry of Sulphur; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
