Mirna Dean Blevins

Mirna Dean Blevins, 66, of Leesville, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at her home.  Visitation will be Saturday, June 25, from 4-8pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Sunday, June 26, at 10am at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Beauregard Cemetery.  Rev. Kolby Ganaway will officiate. Mirna is survived by her two daughters, Gina Renee Briggs & William Dow Briggs of DeRidder, and Barbara Ann Smart & Roger Lynn Smart II of Anacoco; four grandchildren, Joshua Betz, Aria Briggs, Nicole Smart, Ashlee Smart; five great-grandchildren, Kadence, Bralynn, Conner, Evangeline, Skyleigh; two brothers, Jerry Frank Mauldin & Phyllis of Noble, OK, and Johnny Mauldin & Susan of Oklahoma.  She is preceded in death by her husband Frank Story Blevins.
