Misty Lashaune Roberts Carr

With deep sadness and endless love, we share the passing of Misty LaShaune Roberts Carr.  Visitation will be Monday, May 12 from 11am-2pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Monday, May 12 at 2pm at Chaddick Funeral Home. Misty was a devoted and loving wife, mom, Mimi, daughter, sister, and friend.  She loved riding side by sides with her husband and spending time together.  She adored all things pink and sparkly, and she never missed a chance to express herself through her love of hair, nails, and makeup.  Her favorite OPI Cajun Shrimp nail polish was as bold and vibrant as she was. While our hearts are shattered with her absence, we find comfort in the love Misty shared so generously and the beautiful memories she leaves behind.  Her spirit will continue to shine in the laughter of her grandchildren, the sparkle in a fresh coat of polish, and the joy of every shared moment among those who loved her.  Though she is no longer with us in body, Misty’s love, light, and unmistakable sparkle will remain with us always. Misty is survived by her husband, Brad Carr of DeRidder, LA; four children, Lauren Green & Brennan of Anacoco, LA, Chance Green of DeRidder, LA, Skyla Carr of Dayton, OH, and Rija Carr of Dayton, OH; three grandchildren, Hendrix, Hudson, and Hollyn; parents, Garry & Donna Roberts of DeRidder, LA; Steve Brandon of Shelbyville, TN; brother, Jeremy Roberts & Jessica of DeRidder, LA; niece, Analeigh Roberts of DeRidder, LA; four nephews, Joshua Roberts of Baton Rouge, LA, Bryce Roberts & Macie of Willis, TX, Maison Roberts & Paige of Oceanside, CA, and Kolbye Roberts of DeRidder, LA; and mother-in-law, Linda Carr Mills of DeRidder, LA.
