Myreline Armethia Monroe, 82, of DeRidder, LA, passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 in Rosepine, LA.  Visitation will be Friday, September 10 from 5-8pm and Saturday, September 11 from 9am until time of service at Friendship Baptist Church.  Funeral service will be Saturday, September 11 at 10am at Friendship Baptist Church.  Interment will be at Whitaker Cemetery.  Rev. Johnny Johnson and Bro. Tim Cooley will officiate. Myreline is survived by her sister, Shelby Cooley of DeRidder, LA; brother, Huey Bailey, Jr. & Kathleen of Grant, LA; three daughter-nieces, Kaylon Jones & Thomas of Longville, LA, Rhonda Cooley & Tim of DeRidder, LA and Donette Calcote of DeRidder, LA; three son-nephews, Byron Cooley & Tonia of DeRidder, LA, Karlos Cooley & Karlene of DeRidder, LA and Kerry Cooley & LeeAnn of DeRidder, LA; seven nieces & nephews, Glenda Jarrell of Leesville, LA, Gloria Alesi of DeRidder, LA, Tammy Gauthier of Madisonville, KY, Timmy Doyle of Glasgow, KY, Dale Bailey of Deweyville, TX, Mollie Anderson of Elizabeth, LA and Kenneth Bailey of DeRidder, LA; two sisters-in-law, Sylvia Smith of Bowling Green, KY and Delores Monroe of Franklin, KY; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, family, and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Irvin Thomas Monroe; brother, Vernon Bailey; sister, Vera Moses; and parents, Huey & Gladys Bailey.
