Ottis Ray Goins

Ottis Ray Goins, 78, of Rosepine, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016 in DeRidder.  Visitation will be Thursday, June 23, from 5-8pm at Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church.  Funeral service will be Friday, June 24, at 10am at Shiloh PBC.  Interment will be at Rosepine Cemetery.  Elder Walter McAlpin will officate. Ottis is survived by his wife, Lana D. Goins of Rosepine; son, Randy Goins & Kelly of Rosepine; three daughters, Angie Anderson & Rick of Lumberton, TX, Sheila Fazio & Todd of Rosepine, and Amy Fazio & Bart of Rosepine; nine grandchildren, Haley Bethke, Tyler Anderson, Tanner Anderson, Trace Anderson, Tate Fazio, Macy Fazio, Luca Fazio, Lilah Fazio, and Lia Fazio; sister, Myrtle Neely of DeRidder; and a host of family and friends.
