Richard Talmadge Hollyfield, 71, of Westlake, passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 in Sulphur.  Visitation will be Tuesday, January 30 from 9am until the time of service at 1pm at Chaddick Funeral Home in DeRidder.  Interment will be at Lewis Cemetery.  Rev. Ray Rainwater, Jr. will officiate. Richard is survived by his wife, Phyllis Hollyfield of Westlake, LA; three daughters, Melissa Doucet of Hayes, LA, Tracey Mears of Ragley, LA, and Tiesha Hollyfield of DeRidder, LA; three sons, Richard Hollyfield of Westlake, LA, Harold Hollyfield & Teri of Carlyss, LA, and Christopher Hollyfield of Westlake, LA; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; one sister, Debra Faul of Lake Charles, LA; and his mother, Laura Hollyfield of Lake Charles, LA.
