Rodney Lee England, Sr., 39, of DeRidder, LA passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025.  Visitation will be Saturday, January 25 from 10am-12pm at St. Mary’s Church of God in Christ.  Funeral service will be Saturday, January 25 at 12pm at St. Mary’s Church of God in Christ.  Rev. Darrell Spencer will officiate. Rodney is survived by his eight children, Rodney England, Jr. of Sulphur, LA, Rodrick England of DeRidder, LA, Rylee Tellis of Sulphur, LA, Rihanna Yawn of DeRidder, LA, Ryder England of Sulphur, LA, Raelee England of DeRidder, LA, Raelynn Wright of DeRidder, LA and Rae-Nah Wright of DeRidder, LA; mother, Darlene Alexander & Bradford of DeRidder, LA; three sisters, Vanity Simkins of Austin, TX, Dandreall Hornage-Washington & Chauncey of Arlington, TX and Teresa Pope of Georgia; two brothers, John Piper of DeRidder, LA and Frederick Furgeson, III of DeRidder, LA; step-father, Frederick Furgeson, II & Claudia of Mansfield, TX; godmother, Darlene Denise “Pinky” Bishop of DeRidder, LA; grandmother, Diane Johnson of DeRidder, LA; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
