Sharon Lea Bethard

Sharon Lea Bethard, 73, of DeRidder, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 in Lake Charles.  Visitation will be Friday, February 17, from 5-9pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Saturday, February 18, at 2pm at Grace Church.  Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.  Rev. Michael Bonds, Rev. George Lee Glass, and Rev. Wayne Neyland will officiate. Sharon is survived by her husband, James Ronald “Jim” Bethard of DeRidder; daughter, Jordan Bethard Miller & Michael of DeQuincy; son, Timothy Bradley Bethard & fiancé Mattie Basco of Lafayette; six grandchildren, Charley LeAnn, Cameron James, Carley Michelle, Alexis Ann, Mikie Rachalle, and Samantha Lynn; one niece, Patricia Dees of DeRidder; sister, LaNell Mastin & Tom of Niceville, FL; brother, Michael Lynn Dees & Lori of DeRidder; and mother-in-law, Estel Bethard of DeRidder. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thelma & Eustice Dees; son, James Michael Bethard; niece, Olisha Dees; and brother, James Edward Dees. Condolences can be made at chaddickfuneralhome.com.
