Tom-Sam William Witt, 56, of Leesville, LA passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 in DeRidder, LA.  Visitation will be Thursday, September 2 from 4-6pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Thursday, September 2 at 6pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Committal service will be Friday, September 3 at 11am at CENLA Veterans Cemetery.  Interment will be at CENLA Veterans Cemetery.  Chaplain Jamar Mabry will officiate. Tom is survived by his daughter, Morgan Witt of DeRidder, LA; grandson, Atticus Locklear of DeRidder, LA; and siblings, Maria McCarty, Linda Jernigan, Johnes Laine, Rudolph Laine, and Walter Laine.
