Yvonne Denise Mathis

Yvonne Denise Mathis, 64, of DeRidder, LA, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 in Lake Charles, LA.  Visitation will be Saturday, November 21 from 10-11am at Chaddick Funeral Home.  A private family service will be Saturday, November 21 at 11:30am at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Starlight Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.  Rev. Daniel Stafford will officiate. Yvonne is survived by her mother, Eula L. Thomas of DeRidder, LA; one daughter, Chemika Mathis of DeRidder, LA; one sister, Theresa K. Jones & Kenneth of Elizabethtown, KY; one brother, Arnett Thomas & Colleen of Colorado Springs, CO; one niece, Kenresa Jones of Louisville, KY; and one nephew, Antheus Thomas of Houston, TX.
